Job Summary

Providing support for public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services, the full-time Technical Support Representative will assist customers with billing inquiries and technical troubleshooting while working remotely in a 24x7 call center environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for various services
  • Monitor deployed networks and escalate issues that affect multiple users
  • Document customer interactions and provide billing and account-related support
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • General knowledge of personal computer networking
  • Proficient typing skills (minimum 35 WPM)
  • Availability to work shift schedules in a 24x7 call center environment
  • Willingness to attend daily training sessions for up to four weeks
