Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Technical Support Representative will manage incoming customer calls, provide troubleshooting and installation support, and maintain positive customer relations while adhering to a flexible 40-hour work week.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and installers, providing operation and troubleshooting support
  • Instruct customers and installers on equipment installation, operation, and maintenance
  • Administer service programs and dispatch installers for onsite service as needed
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 12 months of prior customer service or troubleshooting experience in a call center or office environment
  • Computer literacy in applications including email, MS Office Suite, and customer databases
  • Flexibility with shifts, including weekend coverage
  • Proven excellent attendance history in previous employment
