Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Technical Support Representative will manage incoming customer calls, provide troubleshooting and installation support, and maintain positive customer relations while adhering to a flexible 40-hour work week.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers and installers, providing operation and troubleshooting support
- Instruct customers and installers on equipment installation, operation, and maintenance
- Administer service programs and dispatch installers for onsite service as needed
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months of prior customer service or troubleshooting experience in a call center or office environment
- Computer literacy in applications including email, MS Office Suite, and customer databases
- Flexibility with shifts, including weekend coverage
- Proven excellent attendance history in previous employment
