Job Summary
Seeking an organized and detail-oriented Technical Support Representative for a full-time temporary night shift position, who will provide comprehensive support and maintenance for POS software and hardware issues remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide support, repair, and assistance for retail locations regarding POS software and hardware issues
- Repair and maintain equipment, including POS terminals, scanners, printers, and computers
- Assist in the setup and installation of new hardware and POS-related software
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in replacing, configuring, and setting up new hardware and software
- Strong understanding of POS hardware, including all peripherals
- Proficient in electronic troubleshooting at the board level
- Capable of repairing terminals, computers, and peripherals at the component level
- Proficient in networking
