Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide level one troubleshooting and support for customer product issues
  • Research customer problems/issues to increase personal knowledge and familiarity with the supported product
  • Identify and resolve application and service issues and answer general application questions

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 18 months of experience providing technical support with Microsoft operating systems
  • Experience supporting applications in a Windows Server 2012/2016 environment
  • Associates degree in Information Technology
  • Microsoft Certifications: MCSE, MCSA, CompTIA A+, etc
  • Experience working within an alternate office environment (Remote)
