Job Summary
Providing first-class technical support services, the full-time Technical Support Representative II will assist clients with payment processing issues, manage customer communications, and ensure a superior client experience while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support via various channels and manage ticket prioritization and escalation
- Setup and configure POS terminals and online payment gateways while assisting sales partners with equipment and services
- Provide technical troubleshooting for setup and connection issues, and conduct training for clients on POS systems
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant technical experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and related peripherals
- Experience in call center environments
