Job Summary

Providing first-class technical support services, the full-time Technical Support Representative II will assist clients with payment processing issues, manage customer communications, and ensure a superior client experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer support via various channels and manage ticket prioritization and escalation
  • Setup and configure POS terminals and online payment gateways while assisting sales partners with equipment and services
  • Provide technical troubleshooting for setup and connection issues, and conduct training for clients on POS systems
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant technical experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and related peripherals
  • Experience in call center environments
