Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex inbound and outbound technical support requests
  • Analyze data and determine root causes of issues
  • Provide individual instruction and training to users on platform functionality
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Some College Preferred
  • 1+ Year(s) Customer Service-related Experience
  • 1+ Year(s) IT Support / helpdesk experience
  • 1+ Year(s) Application support preferred
  • Basic understanding of SQL database queries, API request/response, MDM device management, and auditing log entries
