Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative for a remote contract role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries regarding the Optos Panoramic200
  • Troubleshoot network problems and escalate critical issues to field teams
  • Perform data migration on customer computers and research technical issues for early detection

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of Technical Support experience
  • Experience in a customer care environment
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware
  • Intermediate IT networking knowledge
