Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative for a remote contract role.

- Troubleshoot network problems and escalate critical issues to field teams
- Perform data migration on customer computers and research technical issues for early detection
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of Technical Support experience
- Experience in a customer care environment
- Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware
- Intermediate IT networking knowledge
