Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative for a Pet GPS App.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for a pet safety and training product, including troubleshooting mobile app and GPS technology issues
  • Assist customers with resolving problems and answering questions related to the product and app
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate a passion for pet safety

Qualifications:
  • Strong technical skills in GPS, smartphone apps, and Windows/MacOS systems
  • Experience in customer service and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and take detailed notes while listening to customer issues
  • Must have a personal computer, broadband internet connection, and a wired USB headset with microphone
