Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot technical problems for web hosting customers through various channels
  • Assist customers with email, cPanel, and FTP client setup
  • Continuously learn and expand technical skillset
Required Qualifications:
  • Willingness to learn and grow in higher level technical roles
  • Knowledge of Linux
  • Experience in creating or hosting websites and familiarity with cPanel
  • Experience in a helpdesk or call center environment preferred
  • Ability to explain technical solutions in layman's terms
