Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of technical support experience, preferably in Software support/SaaS
- 1-3 years of experience working in a remote environment is preferred
- Fluency in English for technical writing and support
- Strong interest in data and technology, especially in education technology
- Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
