Required Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of technical support experience, preferably in Software support/SaaS
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a remote environment is preferred
  • Fluency in English for technical writing and support
  • Strong interest in data and technology, especially in education technology
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
