Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide customer support and manage technical issues remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues
- Monitor inbound emails and manage incidents and service requests in the ticketing system
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with field support and provide updates to customers on network status
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role
- High School diploma or GED
- Training or certification in Cisco, Cambien, Calix, and Juniper
- Knowledge of network technologies, components, and troubleshooting methods
- Understanding of data and signal flow through a network
