Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide customer support and manage technical issues remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues
  • Monitor inbound emails and manage incidents and service requests in the ticketing system
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with field support and provide updates to customers on network status
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Training or certification in Cisco, Cambien, Calix, and Juniper
  • Knowledge of network technologies, components, and troubleshooting methods
  • Understanding of data and signal flow through a network
