Job Summary
Supporting a government contracting program remotely, the Technical Support Specialist will assist users with application submissions, account issues, and general inquiries in a contract-to-hire role.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and emails to provide technical support
- Guide users on application submissions and resolve account issues
- Track and report activity using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
