Job Summary

Supporting a government contracting program remotely, the Technical Support Specialist will assist users with application submissions, account issues, and general inquiries in a contract-to-hire role.

Key responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls and emails to provide technical support
  • Guide users on application submissions and resolve account issues
  • Track and report activity using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
