Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot technical problems through inbound calls, chats, and tickets
  • Assist customers with the setup of email, cPanel, and FTP clients
  • Continuously learn and grow technical skillset

Required Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English for communication with US-based customers
  • Willingness to learn and progress to higher-level technical roles
  • Knowledge of Linux
  • Experience in creating or hosting websites and familiarity with cPanel
  • Ability to explain technical solutions in layman's terms
