Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Locating potential problems, diagnosing application errors, and providing database management support
  • Implementing and maintaining software applications to ensure smooth business operations
  • Developing diagrams and flow charts for computer programmers and providing training and support to staff

Required Qualifications:
  • Beginner to Intermediate SQL knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a technical role in a SaaS company
  • Experience in a hospitality or service industry is a plus
  • Experience supporting customers at a software company is a plus
