Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solve customers' web technology problems via phone support
- Install, configure, maintain, and solve errors for content management systems including WordPress
- Explain how DNS and web design tools work
Required Qualifications:
- Must have experience working as technical support representative
- Ability to troubleshoot website and/or email problems
- Background in customer service and technology careers are a plus
- Experience and knowledge of web hosting is a plus
