Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solve customers' web technology problems via phone support
  • Install, configure, maintain, and solve errors for content management systems including WordPress
  • Explain how DNS and web design tools work

Required Qualifications:
  • Must have experience working as technical support representative
  • Ability to troubleshoot website and/or email problems
  • Background in customer service and technology careers are a plus
  • Experience and knowledge of web hosting is a plus
