Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot technical issues for web hosting customers via calls, chats, and tickets
  • Assist customers with email, cPanel, and FTP client setup
  • Continuously learn and share knowledge in a collaborative environment

Required Qualifications:
  • Willingness to learn and advance in technical roles
  • Knowledge of Linux and experience with website creation/hosting preferred
  • Experience in helpdesk or call center environment is a plus
  • Ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms
