Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist in Cyber Security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 2-level technical support on an out-of-office and weekend basis
  • Analyze logs/graphs/dashboards, isolating data in Kibana
  • Communicate with customers and other teams in an organized and structured manner

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support
  • Experience with Kibana and BigQuery
  • Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
  • Basic understanding of software architecture
  • Upper-intermediate+ / Advanced level of English
