Job Summary

  • Provide ongoing support to teachers and students through email-based ticketing system
  • Become an expert on the product and serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and inquiries
  • Identify and escalate user bugs and pain points

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in email-based customer support for a SaaS company
  • Strong interest in education and ability to empathize with teachers and students
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with various operating systems
