Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, and video conferences

Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in a technical support desk position
  • Backend experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Familiarity with EdTech software and user onboarding processes
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
