Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative Level II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex inbound and outbound technical support requests and provide solutions
  • Analyze data to determine root causes of issues and document client service inquiries
  • Provide training and instruction on application functionality and assist with issue triage
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • 1+ year of customer service-related experience
  • 1+ year of IT support/helpdesk experience
  • 1+ year of Software as a Service (SaaS) support preferred
  • Basic understanding of SQL database queries, API request/response, or MDM device management
