Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex inbound and outbound technical support requests and provide solutions
- Analyze data to determine root causes of issues and document client service inquiries
- Provide training and instruction on application functionality and assist with issue triage
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- 1+ year of customer service-related experience
- 1+ year of IT support/helpdesk experience
- 1+ year of Software as a Service (SaaS) support preferred
- Basic understanding of SQL database queries, API request/response, or MDM device management
