Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist I - Temporary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clinical laboratories using Unity software to resolve software issues
  • Handle inbound customer calls, manage requests and complaints, and meet metrics expectations
  • Document cases in Salesforce CRM and ensure prompt resolution and closure
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in a related life science, clinical/technical, or computer discipline; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service or call center experience; experience with Salesforce Lightning CRM preferred
  • Experience in Information Technology and/or life sciences, biotech, or medical/laboratory field is helpful
  • Familiarity with SQL Server and TCP-IP Connections preferred
  • Desire to help people, solve problems, and learn new skills
