Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist I - Temporary.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clinical laboratories using Unity software to resolve software issues
- Handle inbound customer calls, manage requests and complaints, and meet metrics expectations
- Document cases in Salesforce CRM and ensure prompt resolution and closure
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in a related life science, clinical/technical, or computer discipline; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience; experience with Salesforce Lightning CRM preferred
- Experience in Information Technology and/or life sciences, biotech, or medical/laboratory field is helpful
- Familiarity with SQL Server and TCP-IP Connections preferred
- Desire to help people, solve problems, and learn new skills
