Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support for their web content management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service support via multiple channels, ensuring timely and courteous responses
  • Document relevant information for each case in Zendesk and manage time effectively to prioritize inquiries
  • Research information and solutions using various documentation and apply critical thinking to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in technology-related or higher education organizations
  • Exposure to website development and hand coding, including HTML, XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Working knowledge of PHP or ASP, or other scripting languages is a plus
  • Proficient with Windows and comfortable with Macintosh systems
