Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support for their web content management system.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support via multiple channels, ensuring timely and courteous responses
- Document relevant information for each case in Zendesk and manage time effectively to prioritize inquiries
- Research information and solutions using various documentation and apply critical thinking to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in technology-related or higher education organizations
- Exposure to website development and hand coding, including HTML, XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Working knowledge of PHP or ASP, or other scripting languages is a plus
- Proficient with Windows and comfortable with Macintosh systems
