Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide enterprise-level technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for customers and internal teams
  • Take ownership of issues, conducting research and troubleshooting to reach resolutions
  • Collaborate with QA, Development, Product, and Business Operations teams
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in enterprise technical support
  • Experience with HelpDesk Ticketing Systems, preferably Zendesk
  • Experience working with web applications is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of HTML and/or CSS is highly desirable
  • Understanding of Restful APIs is highly desirable
