Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide enterprise-level technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for customers and internal teams
- Take ownership of issues, conducting research and troubleshooting to reach resolutions
- Collaborate with QA, Development, Product, and Business Operations teams
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in enterprise technical support
- Experience with HelpDesk Ticketing Systems, preferably Zendesk
- Experience working with web applications is highly desirable
- Knowledge of HTML and/or CSS is highly desirable
- Understanding of Restful APIs is highly desirable
