Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Integrations Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical integrations onboarding and support for web-based educational solutions
  • Deliver ongoing support to troubleshoot rostering issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify system bugs
  • Track and document customer issues and maintain knowledge of product integrations and system requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in web application support in a technical helpdesk or customer support environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and common web-based applications
  • Ability to quickly learn and describe new technology
  • Good organizational and time management skills
