Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Integrations Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical integrations onboarding and support for web-based educational solutions
- Deliver ongoing support to troubleshoot rostering issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify system bugs
- Track and document customer issues and maintain knowledge of product integrations and system requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in web application support in a technical helpdesk or customer support environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and common web-based applications
- Ability to quickly learn and describe new technology
- Good organizational and time management skills
