Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist - LG & CRM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical software support for a global customer base via various communication channels
  • Manage support ticket cases and ensure timely responses while identifying and reporting bugs
  • Contribute to the internal knowledge base and assist in formulating unique solutions for customer challenges
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with SaaS solutions and customer support
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google suite applications
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zapier, or other marketing automation tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of email deliverability concepts is a plus
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred
