Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide advanced technical assistance and support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions while issues are being investigated
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, documenting tickets and escalating as necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical problems and create technical documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role at a software company
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with software development processes and technologies
  • Experience with ticketing systems and support tools is a plus
  • Experience with different HR systems and multi-product suites is preferred
