Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline support to global customers, primarily in Spain
  • Accept and respond to incoming calls, incidents, and emails while tracking incident progress
  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of Technical Support related experience
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Good knowledge of databases and operating systems
  • Experience in Help Desk/Customer service position is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
