Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via inbound calls, support tickets, and web chats
  • Assess customer technical needs and route them accordingly while following documented procedures
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by achieving performance goals and managing proactive communications
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of two years customer support experience
  • Ability to type 30 WPM
  • Good troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and fix problems quickly
  • Some experience with Active Directory and understanding of domain environments
