Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • High School Graduate
  • 2+ years of technical or product support experience
  • General knowledge of PC and laptop design, hardware functions, and network connectivity
  • Experience with support processes, systems, and tools preferred
  • Familiarity with OBS, streaming, and macOS is a plus
