Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound support requests via email, Slack, and scheduled calls
- Provide proactive training for heavy users on new features
- Support troubleshooting for iOS, Android, and web applications, including AI-powered analytics
Required Qualifications
- Experience using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in work or personal projects
- Understanding of AI agents and user interactions with them
