Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Specialist - Tier 1 (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound calls providing technical support and consulting on workflow inquiries
- Document inquiries and resolutions in CRM systems and follow up as needed
- Maintain technical proficiency and meet department performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 1 year of experience with customer relationship management or similar software systems
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and Platforms
- Technical certifications and an Associate's Degree are preferred
