Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist - Tier 1 (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound and outbound calls providing technical support and consulting on workflow inquiries
  • Document inquiries and resolutions in CRM systems and follow up as needed
  • Maintain technical proficiency and meet department performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • 1 year of experience with customer relationship management or similar software systems
  • 2 years of experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and Platforms
  • Technical certifications and an Associate's Degree are preferred
