Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will enhance partner relationships through technical guidance and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching, advising, and training to partners and vendor teams on best practices for using the platform
  • Engage with partners to improve their business operations and facilitate the sales cycle
  • Represent the team and brand while assisting partners with technical issues
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent; a 4-year related college degree is preferred
  • 1-3 years of computer and networking support experience in managed services preferred
  • 1 year of Microsoft 365 Exchange Online administration experience preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of DNS, SMTP, email servers, and basic networking concepts
  • Experience working in B2B or channel environments
