Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Agent to provide assistance and support for technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units and technical teams to clarify requests and track task progress
- Monitor system performance using Grafana and conduct root cause analysis with OpenSearch/Elastic Search
- Manage support tickets in JSM/Jira, ensuring timely updates and resolutions
Required Qualifications
- Solid knowledge and experience with OpenSearch/Elastic Search and Grafana
- Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for ticket management
- Experience with PagerDuty or similar systems
- Familiarity with Rancher
- Experience in logging, managing, and resolving incidents
