Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Agent to provide assistance and support for technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business units and technical teams to clarify requests and track task progress
  • Monitor system performance using Grafana and conduct root cause analysis with OpenSearch/Elastic Search
  • Manage support tickets in JSM/Jira, ensuring timely updates and resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • Solid knowledge and experience with OpenSearch/Elastic Search and Grafana
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for ticket management
  • Experience with PagerDuty or similar systems
  • Familiarity with Rancher
  • Experience in logging, managing, and resolving incidents
