Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they meet client requirements and organizational standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to facilitate the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and managing feedback
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Prior experience in staffing, recruitment, or a similar role is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive approach and a high level of professionalism are critical to success in this role
