Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they meet client requirements and organizational standards
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to facilitate the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and managing feedback
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Prior experience in staffing, recruitment, or a similar role is highly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach and a high level of professionalism are critical to success in this role
