Job Summary

A company is looking for a Treasury Management- Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Integrated Payables products and payment workflows
• Research and resolve issues related to various payment methods, including ACH and wire transfers
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex payment issues and ensure client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of experience in Support, Operations, or Customer Service, or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of commercial payments and integrated payment solutions
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and payment file transmission methods
• Experience with Treasury Management or payments operations preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
