Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical troubleshooting solutions to customers via various communication methods
  • Communicate customer feedback to relevant teams to improve products and services
  • Manage and track customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-year AA degree in Engineering field or equivalent experience
  • Over 3 years of technical involvement in field service or engineering with analytical instrumentation
  • Experience handling Customer Relationship Management systems
  • B.A. or B.S degree in an Engineering field preferred
  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience in field service, engineering, or product management preferred
