Job Summary

- Provide chat and email support to merchants during onboarding and maintenance
- Complete onboarding tasks involving front-end development on Shopify storefronts
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to internal technical documentation
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role with technical specialization
- Experience writing code using front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
- Experience with SaaS and CRM tools like Hubspot
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility and accountability in tasks
