Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist with a Secret clearance required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the Department of Defense (DoD) IT systems
• Monitor system performance and manage network access and security
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and incident tracking systems

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of DoD IT/Help Desk experience
• Proficiency in computer networking concepts and security methodologies
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and organizational IT security policies
• Experience with service desk best practices and incident data analysis
