Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and mobile devices
  • Install, configure, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade laptop hardware and software
  • Track, manage, and ship IT equipment while maintaining accurate inventory records
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop hardware and software support
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of Mac and Windows-based desktop hardware and software
  • Experience administering Google Workspace applications
  • Strong and reliable internet access from home
