Job Summary
A company is looking for a part-time Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade laptop hardware and software
- Track, manage, and ship IT equipment while maintaining accurate inventory records
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop hardware and software support
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
- Strong technical knowledge of Mac and Windows-based desktop hardware and software
- Experience administering Google Workspace applications
- Strong and reliable internet access from home
