Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide support for their North American market.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer issues via phone and email, ensuring timely and quality responses
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to customer issues on the platform
- Conduct product walkthroughs and manage customer expectations regarding technical issues
Required Qualifications
- Experience in handling technical support for customers through various channels
- Familiarity with a ticketing system, preferably Zendesk
- Experience working with complex web applications
- Fluency in English
- Flexibility to work in the APAC timezone, starting around 6am Philippine Standard Time
