Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Customer Experience Specialist to support API customers and enhance technical support experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for API-related inquiries, utilizing product knowledge and technical skills
- Handle customer inquiries professionally through Zendesk, ensuring high satisfaction and fostering positive relationships
- Collaborate cross-functionally to relay customer feedback and contribute to documentation and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years in a technical support or customer-facing technical role
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with a working knowledge of REST APIs
- Experience in SaaS or startup environments is a plus
- Ability to investigate and resolve technical issues independently
