Job Summary

A company is looking for a SketchUp Technical Support professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely technical support to customers via various channels, managing approximately 25-30 cases daily
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues and assist with account and subscription inquiries
  • Document customer interactions and manage case queues while adhering to service level agreements
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a technical or SaaS-based customer support role
  • At least two years of experience providing support through email, chat, and phone
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload with accuracy and professionalism
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems, such as Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer or technical support
