Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide support for security products.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to 30-40 customer calls daily, resolving issues within SLA times
- Assist with training, product evaluation, and occasional site visits
- Provide feedback to customers and colleagues regarding product performance
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical background or Associate's Degree preferred
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Understanding of networking principles and concepts
- Strong Linux experience
- Flexible to work M-F shifts for customer support
