Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide support for security products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to 30-40 customer calls daily, resolving issues within SLA times
  • Assist with training, product evaluation, and occasional site visits
  • Provide feedback to customers and colleagues regarding product performance
Required Qualifications
  • Strong technical background or Associate's Degree preferred
  • Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Understanding of networking principles and concepts
  • Strong Linux experience
  • Flexible to work M-F shifts for customer support
