Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist (API/Webhooks Specialist) to assist customers with technical and operational questions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and respond to escalated customer cases regarding technical and functional questions or issues
  • Handle complex issues related to various platforms, applications, and integrations, and assist in their resolution
  • Collaborate with developers and product management to diagnose and resolve issues, and suggest product enhancements
Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of telephony routing and the OSI model
  • Experience with ticket-based enterprise workflow management systems and familiarity with ITIL concepts
  • Foundational knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac OS, Android, iOS)
  • Ability to read and manipulate technical formats including XML, EDI, and CSV
  • Familiarity with API knowledge using tools like Postman and Webhooks
