Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist (API/Webhooks Specialist) to assist customers with technical and operational questions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to escalated customer cases regarding technical and functional questions or issues
- Handle complex issues related to various platforms, applications, and integrations, and assist in their resolution
- Collaborate with developers and product management to diagnose and resolve issues, and suggest product enhancements
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of telephony routing and the OSI model
- Experience with ticket-based enterprise workflow management systems and familiarity with ITIL concepts
- Foundational knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac OS, Android, iOS)
- Ability to read and manipulate technical formats including XML, EDI, and CSV
- Familiarity with API knowledge using tools like Postman and Webhooks
