Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide second level technical support for customer software applications
  • Respond to customer requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
  • Initiate, update, track, and close tickets through the work order system
Required Qualifications
  • Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of computer and software service experience
  • 2-3 years of experience supporting customer applications in a technical help desk environment
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website design principles
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
