Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tech 2, Internal Technical Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers to understand and resolve complex provisioning and repair-related issues
- Utilize multiple software systems to ensure accurate and timely completion of customer service orders and repair tickets
- Provide operational support to external vendors and maintain communication with customers during outage events
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Previous call center experience is required
- Knowledge of Comcast Business Mobile products and services is preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
