Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech 2, Internal Technical Support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with customers to understand and resolve complex provisioning and repair-related issues
  • Utilize multiple software systems to ensure accurate and timely completion of customer service orders and repair tickets
  • Provide operational support to external vendors and maintain communication with customers during outage events
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Previous call center experience is required
  • Knowledge of Comcast Business Mobile products and services is preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
