Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide essential support for their customers' imaging data needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide level one technical support for hospitals using the Enterprise Imaging Solution
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues or escalate when necessary
• Document solutions and share knowledge to enhance team efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Entry-level position with a focus on learning and growth
• Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server or similar)
• Experience or knowledge of PACS, VNA, or enterprise imaging systems is a bonus
• Understanding of healthcare data standards such as HL7 or DICOM is preferred
• Ability to work in a flexible, hybrid environment
