Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide higher-level technical support to customers across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns through various communication channels and provide appropriate resolutions
  • Create and manage customer accounts and service-related cases using Microsoft D365
  • Maintain knowledge of technology trends and attend training on new technologies used by the company
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years of relevant technical support experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain state licenses and technical certifications as needed
  • Advanced technical skills to understand and explain necessary steps to customers
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Complete ADC Technician Certification training within 90 days
