Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide higher-level technical support to customers across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot customer concerns through various communication channels and provide appropriate resolutions
- Create and manage customer accounts and service-related cases using Microsoft D365
- Maintain knowledge of technology trends and attend training on new technologies used by the company
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years of relevant technical support experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain state licenses and technical certifications as needed
- Advanced technical skills to understand and explain necessary steps to customers
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Complete ADC Technician Certification training within 90 days
