Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to clients, enhancing their experience
  • Prepare and maintain desktops, laptops, and hardware for customers
  • Monitor assigned alerts and collaborate with the customer team to address issues
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Desktop Support Specialist role or similar
  • Prior experience with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is preferred
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Experience with servers, networks, and user support tasks
