Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to clients, enhancing their experience
- Prepare and maintain desktops, laptops, and hardware for customers
- Monitor assigned alerts and collaborate with the customer team to address issues
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a Desktop Support Specialist role or similar
- Prior experience with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is preferred
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Experience with servers, networks, and user support tasks
