Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist to provide internal technology support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal technical support and assist users with various issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 issues related to devices, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Log, categorize, prioritize, and document all support requests in the ticketing system while ensuring escalation standards are met
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Tier 1 help desk or technical support role
  • Working knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365 user support fundamentals
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and core networking concepts
  • Experience with ticketing systems and documented escalation processes
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
