Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist to provide internal technology support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal technical support and assist users with various issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 issues related to devices, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Dynamics
- Log, categorize, prioritize, and document all support requests in the ticketing system while ensuring escalation standards are met
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a Tier 1 help desk or technical support role
- Working knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365 user support fundamentals
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and core networking concepts
- Experience with ticketing systems and documented escalation processes
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
